At This Institute we strive to provide the best quality education and training. However, if a student wishes to withdraw admission, the following refund policy will apply:
1. General Rules
- No refund will be made on the basis of verbal promises, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, or any other informal communication.
- Refund requests must be submitted only through a written application on the prescribed format available at the institute office.
- The application must be signed by the student and the parent/guardian (mandatory for students below 18 years).
- Refunds will be processed only through UPI / Online Banking). No cash refunds will be made.
- Refunds will be credited to the parent's/guardian's bank account only (not third-party accounts).
- The following documents must be submitted along with the refund application:
- Original Fee Receipt issued by Ved Computer Institute / Ved Academy
- Student Identity Card (if issued)
- UPI ID confirmation
- Parent/Guardian ID proof
2. Refund Eligibility
- Short-term courses (like crash courses, workshops) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refund policy is applicable only for long-term courses such as:
- Computer Science (Class 11th & 12th – JAC/CBSE)
- ADCA, ADCA+, Tally Prime with GST
- Web Development, Digital Marketing
- Programming Courses
- BCA / B.Tech (All Semesters)
3. Refund Before Commencement of Classes
- If a student applies for refund before the classes start, the fee will be refunded after deducting:
- Application/Form Fee
4. Refund After Commencement of Classes
- Within 15 days of commencement: 75% of tuition fee refundable (after Application/Form fees).
- Within 20 days of commencement: 50% of tuition fee refundable (after deducting Application/Form fees).
- Within 30 days of commencement: 25% of tuition fee refundable (after deducting Application/Form fees).
- After 45 days: No refund will be made.
Note: Commencement of course means the official start date announced by the institute, irrespective of student attendance.
5. Refund for Students Taking Admission After Batch Start
- If a student takes admission after commencement of classes, refund calculation will be based on the number of days from the date of admission (15 / 20 / 30-day rule as mentioned above).
6. Processing Timeline
- All approved refunds will be processed via UPI/Bank Transfer within 7 working days from the date of application.
- No follow-up requests will be entertained before this period.
Important Note: The refund policy is strictly based on the course commencement date, not on student attendance, health issues, or personal reasons. Even if a student has not attended any class, the refund calculation will be as per commencement rules.
